Born with a genetic disorder and having undergone around 30 operations, Sophia faced chronic pain, bullying, abuse, and mental health struggles, including suicide attempts. She says, “I have lived through many challenges and transformed my life through constant practice and awareness.”

Her unique perspective led her on a lifelong spiritual journey, including over 30 years of meditation and 18 years in Meditation and Retreat Centres, where she discovered true self-esteem: valuing oneself regardless of others’ approval. Sound healing and breathwork became her tools to heal physically and emotionally, enabling her to live free of pain and drugs. Positive thought and self-esteem transformed her life, filling it with possibilities and gratitude.
